Shipping and payment
You can choose to pay your order via bank transfer, credit card (under development) or cash on delivery. The total amount to be paid in the order summary includes all costs and taxes.
We accept wire transfers for both domestic and international orders. The product will be shipped after payment has been received to our bank account ОТP Bank, 6800 Hódmezővásárhely, 2 Kossuth Square, Hungary (IBAN) HU73117350672140988200000000 (SWIFT OTPVHUHB).
Online Credit Card payment
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the fast, convenient and secure SimplePay payment gateway. All information including your card number is secured by encrypted communications in accordance with the highest PCI DSS security regulations.
Cash on delivery (COD)
You pay the invoice purchase price and the shipping fee to the courier upon delivery of the parcel. You can pay in cash or by credit or debit card upon receipt.
Orders are delivered by the DPD courier service. Delivery time for stocked wall panels is 2-5 business days, while pre-ordered bamboo, metal and leather wall panels require 8-10 weeks depending on quantity.
The custom made 3D Renor leather wall panels are manufactured or shipped in 1-2 weeks depending on product and quantity.
As parcels are delivered between 8 am and 5 pm on business days. Please provide a delivery address where you or your authorised can pick up the goods during this time period. You will receive an email informing you of the expected delivery time on the morning of the day of delivery.

30 day money back guarantee
We back every order with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you don't like our product or of the of any reason change your mind, return it (including the invoice) within 30 days of receipt and we refund your payment.
If you want to exchange products, simply place a new order in the web shop. In case you would like to exchange your item for a cheaper one, we'll refund the difference. If the new product is more expensive you will have an option to pay the surplus during the order process.
The guarantee is only valid for products returned in their original condition and packaging. We don't refund shipping costs unless the items are defective. Please send your refund request to our support team and let us know if you would like us to arrange the collection and return of the products.
